The venue was styled with two long rows of tables and classic timber bentwood chairs. Lush installations of hanging textural foliage and pendant festoon lights were suspended over both of the long tables.
We styled the tables with textural linen cloths in a neutral Oatmeal tone. Slabs of beautiful raw travertine were interspersed with coloured glass candle holders in rich amber and emerald green tones.
Amongst the stone slabs and candles we placed floral centrepieces, which we had styled in rich tones of deep burgundy, toffee, latte, russet and peach. These featured roses, lisianthus, chrysanthemums, andromeda, thryptomene, dried bracken, magnolia and rich Autumnal foliage .
Each place setting was styled with luxe matte black plates, tapered black cutlery, elegant smoked glassware and russet toned linen napkins.
The grand old brick fireplace provided the ideal focal point between the two long tables. This was styled with more branches of russet toned Autumn foliage and ‘fallen’ leaves.
A nearby table was styled with a lavish Indian banquet-style feast from Babaji’s Kitchen, featuring a range of delectable warming curries including popular favourite butter chicken plus some of their signature south Indian specialities: slow cooked 'beef ularthiyathu', 'avial' with plaintain, taro & wintermelon and 'beetroot coconut thoran'. .
