Tegan + Rene

The weather for Tegan & Rene’s February Wedding was unseasonably foggy and rainy. It could have completely ruined their day, but instead they chose to embrace the crazy weather. They waited for a break between showers and went ahead with the beautiful outdoor ceremony they both had their hearts set on. Tegan carried a bouquet of burgundy and white flowers, whilst her Bridesmaids in burgundy dresses carried green and white bouquets.  A hexagonal timber arbour styled with pretty white flowers and greenery provided the back-drop for their Ceremony. Inside the nearby Barn, the long rows of tables were laid with soft grey linen cloths and charcoal linen napkins, with textured gum garlands and dancing tea-lights. Overhead festoon lights and fairy-lights criss-crossed the room. Sheer white curtains were hung in the huge Barn doorway and behind the Bridal Table to soften the feel of the space. Their guests enjoyed a buffet spit roast lunch followed by a decadent dessert bar, cake and macarons.
