Anna + Shaun
Anna and Shaun were married at Swallowfield Vineyards in late April on the most beautiful foggy Autumn day. Our birch arbour styled with seasonal flowers provided the backdrop for their Ceremony on the paved patio, with guests looking out across the lawn to the fields beyond. Anna carried a bouquet of red and burgundy blooms with a touch of cream, whilst her Bridesmaid’s bouquet featured mostly cream blooms with a touch of burgundy.
A delicious banquet style lunch followed in the nearby Barn, then later a Dessert Bar and a Lolly Bar. Their naked wedding cake was styled with pretty fresh flowers. The long tables were laid with linen cloths in a soft bluey/grey shade, with timber slabs holding jars and bottles of flowers and lots of tea-lights in jars. A printed Menu was placed on each folded napkin, then tied with brown string, along with a delicate autumn leaf shaped tag with each guest’s name. At each place setting there was a jar of home made Chutney or Jam with a customised label featuring a cute caricature of Anna & Shaun. Festoon lights and lovely hand-made bunting in shades of blue, white and red criss-crossed the room overhead. Guests were entertained by fabulous fiddle band Cat & Clint and played lawn games outside on the sprawling lawns.
