Amy + Shane
Amy and Shane threw one hell of a party to celebrate their Wedding on a perfect February day. It was a classic colour palette of white with plenty of lush greenery. Their Ceremony was held in the picturesque gardens, with a beautiful old oak tree as the backdrop and providing welcome shade for their guests. The aisle was flanked by two vintage wine barrels holding large floral arrangements. Amy and her Bridesmaids walked down an aisle scattered with white rose petals. Sweet wooden fans were provided for guests to help keep them cool during the Ceremony.
The cocktail style reception that followed took place both inside the Barn and outside on the patio and rolling lawns. Some casual seating was provided both inside and outside, as well as wine barrels with market umbrellas for shade from the February sun. The Barn was styled inside and out with pretty jars of white flowers and plenty of lush greenery. Huge custom-made sheer white curtains were draped in the Barn entrance. The bluestone fireplace was filled with glowing candles in assorted glass jars, to create a lovely ambience. Outside a DJ on the patio had everyone grooving, with plenty of Aperol Spritz’s & whiskey flowing all afternoon. Amy & Shane’s hope was for their guests to mingle and dance, not sit down all day. We’d say mission well accomplished!
